Title: Western Beans and Rice

1tbVegetable oil
1cChopped onions
1cSliced celery
8ozTomato sauce
1/2cWater
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsHot pepper sauce (or more, to taste)
3cCooked or canned pinto beans (OR any type of bean) - draine
3cHot cooked brown rice

In large skillet, cook onions and celery in oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings, and beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice.
